Kaspar Luginbühl is a Swiss qualified attorney and the founder of Nomos Law Office. Prior to founding Nomos, Kaspar was an associate and equity partner with leading Swiss law firms.
During his career, Kaspar Luginbühl has gathered vast experience in advising banks and other financial institutions as well as insurance and re-insurance companies on regulatory, licensing, and contractual matters, compliance issues and in a range of internal and external investigation and mutual legal assistance scenarios. He has successfully represented his clients in front of various Swiss administrative and criminal law authorities in both domestic and cross-border procedures.
In addition, Kaspar advises clients in regulatory procedures involving investment and insurance products as well as in assorted financial transactions.
To this day, Kaspar’s practice affords him very frequent cross-border and international exposure. He’s well-versed in project management and leading and coordinating large teams of lawyers and other specialists.
Kaspar is highly responsive and a strong, pragmatic, and multilingual negotiator and drafter who is always willing to go the extra mile.
